It took them two weeks to finish a one day job with all the excuses, damage my lawn and I spent countless days worrying when they're gonna show up. Unprofessional and not worth my time.

Nature Services provided quick service response and the tree is cut down in about an hour. They cleaned the debris from the tree in the work area. The only problem is that when bringing down the logs from the tree, they cracked some concrete in the back yard. Other than that, everything else is good.
