The crew removed three trees in a closed in back yard in the city with care and precision. Foremen and crew were professional and skilled and completed the work for a very competitive price. Great job ! They were careful at the trimming of the branches and cutting of the tree. They cleaned up very well after the work is done . We are very satisfied .

Terrible. Started out fine . They showed up when they were supposed to. They cut my shrubs. The bucket truck was ?broken? so they said the would be back in a couple days. I called them three weeks later to see why they hadn't been back. They apologized profusely and promised they would be here the next day at 9:00 sharp. I called the next day at noon to ask where they were, the Forman then yelled at me about how they didn?t hit my garage with limbs. I agreed with him because, number one, they hadn't cut my tree, and number two, I don't have a garage. He continued to yell at me . After I had convinced him he was taking to the wrong person, he apologized and promised to be here later that day. No one showed up. I called the following Monday to see why they hadn?t come, they apologized once again and promised to be here today at 9:00 sharp. Can you guess what happened next? The whole fiasco has lasted over a month. Needless to say I will be finding an other tree service to finish the job. The moral of the story is if they don't finish the job on the first day , you may never see them again.

I would give NTS 10 stars! GREAT service, disciplined, fast, professional, a well oiled machine. Crew worked excellent together, everyone knew exactly what to do and when. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....PS. their pricing was spot on!

Excellent company! We had a very large dead tree which was in danger of falling as well as several other smaller ones. The crew which did the work were very professional, they had the work done in no time and they cleaned up the entire areas where they worked. I would highly recommend this company to all needing their services!

This company removed a large willow in our yard. The quality of the work and clean-up was good, but they damaged our yard. It took a month and 5 follow-ups to get them back to address it, but they did fixed it to my satisfaction.
