Great service began with good customer service. After requesting a quote I was contacted the next day about my project. Judith stopped by my house to check how many trees I needed to cut down. Within a week, she called and three gentlemen were at my house ready to work. They were very professional and kind. The job took no more than 2 hours. After the job was done, they cleaned up and even left me four pieces of the slab as I requested. Thank you for great services. The price was not too bad as well.

After requesting a quote they contacted me the next day and set up an appointment for someone to come to my house that weekend. They worked around my schedule and after I decided to use the company, they came out the following week to get the job done. They removed a large tree stump and a few smaller tree stumps as well as a tree. They cleaned up after they were done and we are very satisfied with the end result. We would use them again in the future if needed.

A tree fell on to my house in a wind storm. I saw Nature Service as already a top-rated company on Home Advisor and asked for a quote on the job. Judith from NS followed up within an hour to arrange for an estimate and Vidal, the manager, was there an hour later and gave me a very good proposal and could start in the morning (and I d gotten higher quotes in the past for similar jobs). I accepted. Vidal and his crew arrived early in the morning the next day with a massive crane and chipper. He removed the fallen tree and cut back two trees that were also hanging too close to the house that would also have obstructed removal of the fallen tree. He did it all within five hours including cleanup. He had to return early the next day to pick up several of the biggest sections of the trees but did this quickly and without issue. Everyone at NS was very professional and nice to deal with. I can t recommend them highly enough. They made a very stressful situation much less so. Dan, South Orange, NJ

Excellent company

Couldn t be happier with the work done and by far the best price we were quoted by numerous other tree services. I was expecting at least a few hiccups since the oak we had to remove was so huge and sprawling and so close to the house and power lines but nope! Everything went off without a hitch, A+ all around!
