Neat and tidy job of trimming the tree

OMG! This team is excellent! They did a fantastic job and quite quickly. Very professional. Cleaned up fantastic. My property looks awesome! I am calling them for additional work. They have my business!

I should have given a solid 5. Promptness and scheduling is their problem.

The crew was very professional, on time, and clean. The tree we were trimming was on my neigh bor's property and they were very respectful and clean.

Workers did a great job. I thought the price was way too high it only took them a half-hour from the time they arrived until the time they left. $1000 for half an hour of work is way too much.

Good customer service - on time, flexible, adjusted the job as needed, good competitive pricing; accommodated neighbors; advised on what’s best for our property - honest and respectful crew; cleaned up well; focused on safety also; only thing is slight damage done to garden and lawn removing trees but that's difficult to avoid - would recommend them to others.

They did a great job in removing large branches from large trees, maintenance of shrubs and overall landscaping of the entire property. Great communication and excellent overall experience. Strongly recommend. Will use again.

Hired the company, but they neither showed up nor called me to state they would not come as promised. Very disappointing.

They provided a quote in a timely fashion. Took 2 weeks to get on the schedule. The day of the work they were wishy-washy about whether they would show up. We were booked for 8 am, they finally came at 2 pm. Then changed the price by adding $400 to the quote for what they deemed an extra branch. This was not fair as we believe all lower branches as noted on the quote were included. We had already waited so long and were in fear of losing the deposit if we canceled. Even if they believed this one branch was additional- $400 for one branch was a 30% increase to the job. Even though the end result is good- whenever I look out the window at the trimmed tree I am aggravated with how - particularly during the pandemic when funds are tight. I would not recommend this company as when I tried to negotiate for their misunderstanding they would not consider a compromise. I would never use them again.

Extremely professional team from the get go. They needed to use our neighbors driveway and were very careful operating the crane. Cleaned up afterwards.

They did an excellent job in cutting 3 trees and gave me an excellent price quote that the competitors could not match. I'm actually going to use them again on some trees that are a hazard in my yard after they inspected them at my behest. I had to wait 3 weeks for my town to approve the permits but they kept me appraised all the way. Highly recommend them.
