Their customer service is instantaneous. A tree blew onto my roof and came down on my perimeter deer fence. Ms. Judith Sandoval answered my call on Home Advisor. It was an emergency. She responded immediately. She was at my home at 9AM. She surveyed the yard and knew what was needed. The 5-man crew were here early afternoon for clean up. Expert, professional, personable, efficient. I've used a lot of tree companies, Nature Services is far and away the best. If you require tree work, Call Judith Sandoval. She will see that your job gets done and done well.

They provided excellent service.

They are great tree trimmers. Removed a few bushes and a small tree for a very reasonable price. But be clear, they are not landscapers. Mrs. Sandoval was very clear and helpful with explaining and suggesting what was needed.

Took down trees... but, broke my gate and refused to repair or pay to repair it.

Texted with Judith. Spoke on phone with Jennifer. They were cool. Cut down 3 small-medium trees and small bushes. Squeezed me into their schedule. Fair price. Take venmo, cash, card (card with a fee, kinda sucks but cool).

They crew arrived a few minutes prior to their expected arrival time. The crew go to work immediately. They were very meticulous and cautious. They did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up afterwards. There was some damage to the grass because the tree trunks were dragged by a crane to load on to the flatbed, but I suppose that is to be expected when handling objects that weigh a lot. Overall, I was very pleased with the crew and their work. The cost of the job was on point. I would definitely recommend them.

Their work was great but they chip the driveway and did not return to repair it the contract stated that he would return in a week to repair the chip in the driveway but he never returned I waited three weeks for him but he never returned so I had to pay someone to repair that chip they made in the driveway

They came promptly to provide an estimate. I hired them, and they did the job the next morning. The job is so professional itâ s hard to believe a huge pine tree was even there.

Price was high but quality was great
