JCR responded quickly. Came for the estimate and worked quickly to get the job done. They cleared 8ft of dead branches and worked around a pool with a truck to remove branches. (Impressive) would hire again.

While the company did a good job removing 2 of our trees, we also had them trim/shape a beautiful tree at the front of our property, at their suggestion. Instead they cut half of the tree off on one side down to the trunk, and it was so awful there was absolutely no way to fix it. The tree looks horrible, and will likely never grow properly.

Company called me within 10 mins of my inquiry late Saturday. As promised, they were at my home bright and early Sunday morning at 7:30am to remove my tree that had fallen across my neighbor’s driveway and vehicle. I was very happy about their quick response, work and price.

Cheapest estimate we found out of 5 companies and the most professional with their quote. It took them a little over a day to remove 15 trees and 2 stumps. The one issue I had was it started down pouring when they were working and they kept working which cause major ruts from the skid steer in our backyard. I wish they had called to ask if I wanted them to stop working or continue. When we asked what they could do about the ruts they said they could not fix them.

The contractor's work was professional but needs to improve his scheduling process.

I had to leave earlier and specifically instructed workers to make sure that certain trees are trimmed. When I came back those trees weren't even touched. I called the main guy - Jose and told him. All he said was "Sorry, they forgot to tell me..." And that' it. No apologies, no " I will stop by one of those days and will finish it... Nothing. Well, of course.. why bother if I have already paid him. Not very nice move. Won't use those guys again.

These guys are awesome! I had them cut 5 trees down and a few of them were huge. They cut up everything and can take it away or leave it for firewood/chips whatever. I had them grind a few stumps and trim other trees as well. A few tough areas to drop the trees but they did it like it was nothing. Can’t say enough about the crew and they had a VERY reasonable price.

JCR is a great Tree Service. They trimmed a large tree in the front of my house and did a great job...Jose tells me that it will come back in time! :-) He came for an estimate, came back for the job on time and completed it as scheduled. Very professional and did an excellent clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend their services.
