Robert tree services are very unprofessional did not clean up behind them selves. they left branches and decree from the trees in the yard. and never came back to finish the work that they were paid to do. i do not recommend this company to nobody. - Troy Carter

The estimate was the best from other companies. After the appointment was set, the workers showed up early to begin the task at hand. They were professional and were focused, after there day was over they cleaned up very good after themselves. I had a great experience with them.

Robert is aggressive and will convince you to do the job with him. Not only did he leave a mess with grinding of the tree stumps but he ruined my fence. I told him I was getting a new fence after the trees came down. I never told him that the fence was going up right after. He went ahead and destroyed my fence. Leaving my property exposed to the mess left behind. Robert made a attempt one week later to temporarily put the fence back but did a horrible job. I had to reinforce it myself. Stay clear of this contractor!

one has to be realistic , they will do the project only if you have perfect weather, they cut four threes and they took stump out from three of them and very efficient and clean job..great guys, also please be patient if the weather is not good, they will cancel on you ..which did not bother me..that is the nature of the business ..thank you ..

Overall exp was good

They did a good job overall and even included couple of extra things. But they did not grind one side of the tree trunk cause it was close to a rock and was told the rock is too heavy - which is not true as they were capable of moving large pieces of tree trunk to the chipper but could not move a stone few inches.

Estimate was the best from all Tree services I had inquired about. Appointment was set and work initial work was completed in terms of cutting tree down, my only issue is that the Grinding of the tree stump was performed on a seperate day and this took much longer to get done. I wished it would of all occured on 1 day

Decent service but took 1 month to complete the project

DO NOT USE ROBERT'S TREE SERVICE! I had two trees with stump grinding removed by them on 4/14/17. After I cleaned up the wood chips left by the stump grinding (over 60 lawn bags worth), I unveiled a good portion of the stumps remaining. I have called them approximately 10 times to come finish the job, and have been ignored for nearly 3 months. Regrettably, I paid them $2,200 at the end of the day, because the hidden stumps were buried under the large mound of wood chips. Now I am left with a hideous eyesore in my otherwise well manicured lawn, and will have to spend more money to hire someone else to finish what I contracted them to do. In addition, they left very large ruts in the lawn, since they didn't put wood under their tires, and big holes everywhere from the falling tree limbs. DO NOT BE MISLED BY THEIR GOOD REVIEWS. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you choose another tree service. I gave them every opportunity to correct my situation, and they simply ignored me, since they already had been paid. Even if they give you the lowest price, consider that you very well may have to hire someone else to finish their botched job. I am at a loss to understand how this company has good reviews on Home Advisor, as my experience with them has been horrible and expensive. Again, CHOOSE ANOTHER TREE SERVICE, and spare yourself and your wallet my aggravation and expense.
