Good work, good service. The only reason I didn't rate higher for value is that I don't know what others may charge for an a/c condenser cleaning, but the job was performed very meticulously, the condenser was spotless when he was finished. Chris Jr was able to also diagnose a separate issue with my toilet while he was here and fixed that at an extremely reasonable price. Very satisfied.
