Chris Sr. responded quickly to my call. He gave me the time frame as to when his company could come out and check the problem (and his estimate was right on!). The problem was diagnosed and, while they could not fix the problem on Saturday night (due to parts being unavailable at that time of day) I was assured they would be back out on Monday to fix. Monday morning came and they were onsite exactly as stated and fixed the problem with ease. Not only that, but they explained what happened to the unit to cause it to fail and gave me suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again. Chris Sr. and his staff (his son, Chris Jr.) were first rate and I would happily give them more work.

My thermostat unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I put out a request for quotes via HomeAdvisor and Chris Sr. called me that same evening and set an appointment for Sunday afternoon. Chris Jr. came and found that the safety switch on the pump for my heater had triggered which subsequently cut power to the thermostat. He reset the switch and the thermostat was up and running without a problem. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and the ease with which they were able to correct the issue.

Had a leak in my HVAC system. Chris Jr. arrived promptly on a Saturday and fixed the issue. He spent 1 1/2 hours working on it and only charged me about $250 to fix it. Very fair and honest.

Highly recommended. I was given a different estimate over the phone that was between $200-$300 but the pro based the estimate on what I was saying over the phone, I ended up getting charged with a higher amount.

Responded to my call and came out the same day. The plumber was efficient in resolving my plumbing problem and the price was reasonable.

Response time to call was within 5 minutes, came the next day, yet offered to come out the same day, but it was a Sunday and I said Monday was fine. My a/c was fixed in less than an hour. The charge was (way) less than I expected - more than reasonable. This is now my a/c company, and I will refer to anyone who needs a/c repaired.
