I hired him to install new shower accessories for my Bath to replace existing ones. He came for the first visit and assessed the work and it turned out that the new shower accessories that I bought do not work on the existing plumbing. So I paid him half the agreed cost for his first visit with the understanding that he will come again to complete the work and get paid the remainder of his estimate. Few days later, I bought the correct shower accessories, and I called him again and made an appointment for Last Friday November 3, 2017. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. Since then I called him FOUR times and left him 2 message with NO answer. He did not reply back. I am very disappointed with his service. So I got ripped off. I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. Time to find another plumber.

Honest, up-front, no BS. Was able to squeeze me into same day and was at my house in 20 minutes. Fixed in first hour. Would have been very easy with what the problem was to squeeze me for more money than I should have spent or for unnecessary repairs/replacements, like TempRite does. Will use for any HVAC stuff in the future and recommend to my friends. Update: Our downstairs unit stopped working and Chris came out and fixed no charge. Also, referred him to a relative that had major HVAC issues. He fixed for a couple hundred, and other quotes were in the thousands (diagnosing more work than was actually needed). Again, honesty and integrity are a big deal when working with items you aren't that familiar with, as some professionals take advantage of that technical ignorance.
