Description of Work: We had an existing floor refinished and a new floor installed. There was a miss-communication regarding the new floor color, Dennis had his crew come back and redo the floor without hesitation. He continued to work with me until he sure I was completely happy with the job they had done. I would not hesitate to use them again. Dennis was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: I used this company years ago and was very pleased. Ron now is working with his son Dennis and they have six teams on the road. They arrived on time, and began safe-guarding my walls and the home to avoid any issues with dust or damage. They also moved the last big pieces of furniture and help cover it for storage. The men went right to work. Removing the old carpet, pad and carpet nail strips.Iinspection of the floor and a quick sanding provided me with an opportunity to view four seperate stain colors on the wood to determine the look I wanted. The men were patient and understanding. Once selected they continued working on the hard wood for most of the say and finished with a staining that was selected. The next day was the first coat of oil based poly, the second day that coat got a light sanding and then a second coat of oil based poly. Both of these were done in semi - gloss. The third coat was high gloss and the floors are absolutly beauitful. We could not be happier. The men came back and checked to make sure no issues were left behind and left happily after replacing the heavy furniture.I could not be any more thrilled with their work, punctuality and professionalism. The only reason for the B in pricing was they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I am good with the fair price.

Description of Work: I specifically signed on to Angies list to find a repupatable hard wood floor installer & refininisher for my home,After reading all the great reveiws on "Ron The Floor Guy" I called and received a recorded message to leave the square footage to be refinished along with my name & number.I didn't have the measurements at that time so I asked if he would return my call to discuss the project further.About 2 weeks later he called and said he was returning my call, I said that I had called 2 weeks ago and he replied he was away.As a professional myself if I was going to be away for a week or more my phone recording would indicate that and I would ask that they call at that time & would apologize for any inconvience.In that 2 weeks I had several estimates, I am having my whole home resanded and also having new wood floors installed in the kitch

Description of Work: Very responsive. Came first and removed old carpet before the house was painted. Came back 2 weeks later to move more furniture and refinished wood floors as agreed. Came back and replaced furniture. Always on time and professional.
