It went very well, they promptly arrived when they said they would. Using a large cherry picker truck they systematically removed slowly the branches from the tops of the two 80 year old maple trees, then removed several large branches. They ground the stumps, cleaned the area, removed the heavy wood that was over 24 inches in diameter. They removed on their own dead branches high up in the trees. As an extra they blowed my leaves to the street. They exceeded my expectation.

All my calls were promptly returned, which is important to me. He stopped by and viewed the work I needed done (again in a very timely manner). Gave me an estimate right there. After some time passed, I decided to have him do the work. He was able to work around my schedule and showed up promptly on the scheduled day (but not so early that the noise would disturb the neighbors, which was a concern of mine) He and his crew of two were courteous and professional. They got right to work and quickly removed the dead tree, ground down the stump and planted two new trees in the yard. Another pleasant surprise, was the care with which they planted the new trees. They made sure the larger one was properly staked and gave me advice about caring for them. They cleaned up the site very well when they were done. I was very happy with this company. I thought the price was fair. No surprises, no headaches. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.
