+ -1 moreOrdered electronic part and it didn't work when it came. They talked to whirlpool while here. New part was sent out and it didn't work either. Again spoke with whirpool. Tech wrote it off as unrepairable. I only paid for one visit from tech. Money was refunded for the part. Got a certificate for extended warranty on new one. Extremely caring and polite person. Purchased a new washer from Lakes. I love it.
Description of Work: Tried to fix my whirlpool Washer.

+ -1 moreI have used Lakes Service, LLC several times over the past year to service my kitchen appliances. I have always found the company to be very responsive and caring whenever I called. The technician who came to my home is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered in my many years of using service people. All jobs have been completed in a highly skilled and timely manner. The technician took great care to ensure that the work area was left neat and clean. This is the only company I will consider using in the future because of their excellent service.
