I was able to get my plumbing needs taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but the work was good. I do believe I will shop around next time though. The plumber was nice, but I feel that they are more of a replace with new type of contractor rather than replacing only the parts that need replaced. The driver pulled out of my driveway quickly and scuffed up my concrete with his bumper. I was surprised how quickly he drove away without stopping to apologize or to check the damage.

I called the company regarding a leaking toilet. They showed up at the beginning of my scheduled service window and quoted me a price. After approving the price, the work was completed very quickly! The plumber, Paul, was friendly and knowledgable. I would use Horizon Services again.
