Great service and excellent work cost was somewhat high.

Best plumbers ever! Came on time and replaced all my sewer and water lines inside my house. They were efficient, respectful and expertly replaced my entire bathroom. Moving into a new home I was not ready for this huge job but Horizon did it all and kept me in my budget. Thanks Austin and Dave

Friendly and on time! Came out on the weekend and did not charge any astronomical &after hour fees. Heck, isn't that when most plumbing fails?!?- After work or on the weekends. No one wants to pay for the unexpected repairs but I needed it done after family traffic of Thanksgiving I was very pleased at the price of equipment and the installation. I even got a military discount as the installer saw some pics in my basement.

We had a bathroom faucet removed and replaced with another we had previously purchased, we had a new, previously purchased kitchen faucet installed on a new countertop and our existing garbage disposal reattached, needing a small piece of pvc pipe and 2 new valves, supplied by Horizon. The technician was here for 3 hours and it cost $1055. Basically all labor at a rate of over $300 an hour. How in h*** can you justify that? We will never use Horizon Services again. Admittedly, I was stupid for not just telling the technician to get out of my house when he gave us the estimate, but he did a good job of making it sound like he was ?throwing in? service that he ended up charging for in the end.

This will hopefully be my furnace/plumbing company for life. I just hope, and suspect, that they stay in business for as long as I need them. From a very quick and professional customer service reply call to compressive, very courteous and dedicated service and company ethics, I can t recommend this company high enough for a gas furnace inspection. I called because of mysterious and intensifying neurological problems causing me to fear a CO leak while waiting to get appointment with a good neurologist. No leak, but I was treated like royalty and not like the fearful woman that I have recently become. The service representative even asked about my health in a concerned and respectful manner multiple times and offered to call an ambulance when he noticed my seizures. Wow.

The work was done well. But, what I didn' like was that Nick (Horizon) said it would cost me a total of $700.00 to replace simple sink faucet and stopper unit even though I was supplying the unit. When I told him I was going to get someone else instead, he reduced the price to $250.00. I will never use them again because of their pricing method.
