A couple of months ago horizon installed a new water heater for me. I signed up for an 18-month 0% financing through a synchrony bank. Horizon then doubled the charge sent to synchrony for the water heater. I have made multiple attempts, and have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to rectify this. Synchrony still shows the double charge, even though horizon customer service (which is a firm that is contracted to conduct customer service, not horizon own employees) told me that horizon billing department corrected the matter. I called synchrony as recently as yesterday, and the double charge is still on the books. I have not paid and I am late with a payment and run the risk of having my credit score ruined. Do not use the horizon as you will sustain an ongoing nightmare with this company.

I know I gave them a 3.5 but 5 on everything else. Let me explain. They do great work an excellent company, but the problem I had was everytime they came out for a tune up something needed replacing turning 59.99 into 436.80 and it was always this needs replaced now and this other part will probably last a year or so, so you should replace both. I know my fault I could say no or not use them and that's what I did. The best experience I had was their pluming. Just excellent.

Overall experience was good. My service tech did not make a mess and offer me a 50 dollar coupon discount.

They are very professional. Appointments are easily available for A.S.A.P. service. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I think could be better was the pricing ...It was overpriced.

Very professional. Explained service and cost in detail. Repair completed timely. Called for service on Saturday received non emergency service by Monday afternoon. Definitely would recommend Horizon, specifically Sal and his service partner.

Matt did an excellent job. I have used Horizon a lot, sometimes expensive however this time it was ERY reasonable and Matt was outstanding

The technician was excellent. He reviewed my problem, made recommendations and saved a problem that I have experienced with my kitchen sink drain for years. It now drains well and completely. Thanks

Technician had part but had to call off work two days and his supervisor kept bye passing me called and customer service and cancelled it was like no big deal was not important to make things right plus I was quoted nine hundred for a faucet installation unreal.
