RCP Management Company Inc

RCP Management is the maintenance company my HOA has contracted to maintain the common property. These company is charging an over inflated service fees for a small building of 24 units with zero amenities and are blocking the delivery of repairs for life threatening damages.

If you are a board member of your condominium association and you encounter RCP Management, RUN RUN RUN in the opposite direction!  You will lie awake at night worrying about the financial viability of your association.  You will not receive back up to checks you are asked to sign and your receivables will go down the toilet but you won?t know it because they do not provide monthly receivable reports.  They will refer the same homeowner delinquent account to two separate law firms, but again you won?t know it because you do not receive file status updates from the attorneys. They will routinely issue the same work order number to two different contractors; both of whom will do the work, so guess what?  The Association will pay twice for the same service.  RCP was our management company for 52 (very long) weeks and we received exactly 7 ?weekly reports?.  We didn?t receive copies of our monthly bank statements.  Check runs had more ?voids? and ?duplicate payments? than accurate checks.  RCP directly debited our association bank accounts for their management fees and ?related charges? when they were expressly forbidden to do so.  We never received any documentation for the ?related charges?.  We fired them 4 months ago and RCP is still directly debiting the bank accounts of our homeowners for the monthly maintenance fees, but ?Oops, it was an error!?  RCP is the Webster-definition of incompetence.
