Took my call on a Sunday, gave advice by phone to help me get the frozen pipe to defrost, and how to locate and shut off the fresh water intake to the boiler, to help minimize leakage. Repair was done quickly, with modern material pipe that expands (rather than copper), and noted evidence of prior repairs to this area. The heat is working well in the affected area after the repair. He advised me of the importance of replacing wet dry wall, due to the dangers of black mold, and gave suggestions for the carpentry repair to help prevent frozen pipes in this area down the road.
Recommended, and I will definitely hire again.

They repaired our boiler burner, cleaned it out, replaced the nearby piping associated that had rusted and begun to leak, and also replaced the piping into the chimney and repaired the concrete around the connective area. Additionally we needed a corner drain pipe replaced/repaired as well, and this was done with care so as not to cause any other damage to our old pipes. They cleaned up afterward, and were on their way in less than two hours. Job well done.

The estimate was far better then any other plumber and the quality of work was far better then my previous experiences with other plumbers. I would highly recommend G. Parker to everyone.

The Job went great and his price was awesome! Don did a great job, he said in beginning that he would need to do some minor demolition to our wood paneling in basement, this was necessary in order to get to the pipes. We were very skeptical at first but after Don left job we couldn't even tell where took the paneling down. He put everything back in perfect condition. Will definitely be hiring him again.

Everything was good. They completed the repairs while I was at work and finished and locked the door when they left. They were prompt and completed the job on time.

This is basically a one man outfit in business for many years. Son of original owner now running it. Everything couldn't have gone better. Contact(wife) was courteous and helpful. Scheduling was easy and I was called the next day before plumber came over to make sure I was home. Original estimate was $145 to replace feed water valve which I thought reasonable. I then asked him to replace an outside water faucet and we found a drain valve also had to be replaced. Total charge for all the work was $150! Tom was very cooperative, pleasant to deal with, skilled, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. (I tend to turn these situations into a learning experience for me). This is the first time I have used Parker Plumbing, but I did have them quote on a new boiler installation 3 years ago. It was a pleasure to deal with a plumber with integrity.
