Since 1979, East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows has been serving the community by helping over 25,000 families improve their homes from Cape May County all the way up to Hunterdon County. The East Coast Roofing, Siding & Windows team offers homeowners a variety of home exterior services with high-quality products and solutions along with the best warranties in the industry. We also believe in both quality products and quality work so we may be higher than our competitors but in this case I'm glad to hear we were lower. From our records, additional costs incurred due to rotted wood which in many cases we cannot see until products are removed. Because of this, we put a disclosure on our proposals that there may be additional costs if this occurs however we certainly understand our customers' concerns when that happens. Again, communication is important so we always address with the customers as soon as the crews advise us. Should you need anything further in the future, we are here! Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback although we are disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide excellent customer service and regret that your experience was not impressive. At the time of your call you had requested an appointment at the end of the day which we accommodated; looking back at our schedule it was an extremely busy day which may have caused the delay in arrival time. Although it did take a week from your initial call to the time of your estimate, (it was in the height of our busy season) we did send your proposal within 24 hours of the appointment. Our prices may not be the lowest but we do provide the utmost quality workmanship and materials compared to lesser priced competitors. Your estimate was for custom size skylights and while the skylights themselves are guaranteed, we cannot offer a warranty on work that we would have to "tie into". Description of Work: They repaired a soffet on the iutside of my home that had become exposed. They were very responsive from the 1st call. They followed up with an e-mail. When the work couldn't be completed on the 1st visit, the repairman called & explained why. They rescheduled & showed up as planned. The repair has been made to my satisfaction. Very nice and very courteous. Especially when I couldn't even get other companies to return my call. Would recommend to anyone...as matter of fact I have already...twice!

Description of Work: They removed my old roof, had to replace half of the plywood and replaced the entire roof. They were done in a short amount of time and they cleaned up every single piece of debris and every nail! The dumpster was there longer than they were!

Description of Work: Installed a bow window. Took 4 anxious weeks for window to come however, East Coast scheduled installation as soon as it arrived. Highly pleased with the window and installation. Appearance of window on the outside is superb. Interior window hardware not painted. Small issue/problem. Over all pleased.
