Jimmy was very courteous up-front. Approximately 2 weeks after the repairs the first significant rain day came. The leak was back immediately and was worse than before. I immediately called Jimmy who did not pickup, but immediately called back. I explained the issue and he promised to come the following Saturday. Saturday came and Jimmy did not show or call. I called Jimmy back the following Monday and again he did not pickup, but called back a few minutes later. Jimmy claimed that he was too busy and would come on Thursday. Again, Thursday came and Jimmy did not show or call. On Friday I again called Jimmy, he called back a few minutes later and again explained that he was busy but would come next Tuesday or Wednesday. Once again, no Jimmy. When I called Wednesday to confirm whether he would come he did not pickup or call back. I tried again with no success on Thursday. On Friday I called Jimmy from my mobile phone and he called back a few minutes later. Once again Jimmy promised to come this time not until the end of the following week by Thursday. Yet again Jimmy did not show or call. The following Sunday which is now December 12 we had a heavy rain overnight and there was water all over the floor. I called Jimmy numerous times and was finally able to reach him in the afternoon. I asked him to please come and fix the problem today, but said he could not because it was Sunday. I reminded him of my situation that the leak was right above all my computer equipment that I use to make my living. He said that he 'forgot' but would come either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Monday came, Jimmy did not show, spoke to Jimmy on Monday and he said he would make it Tuesday. I cancelled plans to wait for Jimmy on Tuesday but again he never showed and never called. Have not been able to reach Jimmy ever since.
