Description of Work: 1st appt: I was told no exact day can be given they just show up. I agreed but how does one expect the customer to plan around their schedule to be available. (Was a no show). 2nd appt: weather was bad so I assumed nobody was coming. But never received a call to tell me and never received a call to reschedule. After a week I called back to find out what was going on and scheduled another appt with no exact date given. 3rd appt: your guess is as good as mine as it's been over three weeks with no show or no phone call. They can't say they don't have my number as during the second call I was asked to fax in the signed contract. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews based on what I've experienced as I've given them plenty of opportunities for them to make things right and be professional and follow up.

Description of Work: Removed several trees, including one hanging over our in ground pool. Showed up on time, did everything we discussed and cleaned up after. They also had the best price of the six vendors I contacted

Description of Work: Removed two trees (1 big and 1Small) Also trimmed some trees.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used JR's Tree service. The first time I had two trees in the front yard in close proximity to the house and power lines. They did a great job in removing those two trees. This time they removed a large maple tree in my backyard that was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. My backyard was not easy to access with their equipment but they did a great job and damaged nothing.

Description of Work: Tree which had not been maintained needed a major trimming and cleanup of dead branches. Branches were growing onto the roof so it needed to be trimmed back and shaped symmetrically. JRs did a very good job with the trim and clean up. Would have no problem using them again.

Description of Work: I had two trees pruned and two large bushes pruned and shaped as well. I was very happy with them And they were extremely knowledgable. Only complaint I have is that they cut the head of 1 tree that I had been told would not be done. I didn't know it was being cut till it was already done. Oh well it will grow back. Still all in all they were great and I would work with them again.

Description of Work: They promptly Arrived for quote and were very patient in understanding our needs. We asked for one large tree, two smaller trees and high branch trimming from two other large trees. The quote was great. They arrived at the quoted time and did a fantastic and timely job. They cleaned up very well. They responded to all our particulars as they did the job and made sure we were happy all along the way.
