We hired Chet to install new vinyl plank flooring in 2 rooms based on his great reviews, years of experience and his being very responsive to my FIRST call to him to come look at our home. He was professional, friendly and clear on how he would proceed based on what we wanted done. He showed up when promised and worked hard and left my home immaculate. We were very pleased. After a couple weeks we did have a small area of vinyl plank separate in an area where our 85 year old original flooring had settled some. I called Chet and he immediately apologized. We set a date for him to return. Again, he arrived promptly. It took him 4 hours because he insisted on correcting the problem the best way and he absolutely refused to take any additional money. We couldnâ t be happier with our new floors. I highly recommend this business!
