We needed an urgent/quick opinion on the need of a temporary adjustable post in our basement. Nick responded back right away when we contacted him and was able to fit our request into his schedule on a short notice. He was very courteous, professional, and thorough. Pricing was very good. He produced a letter quickly due to given our urgent need. Highly recommend to anyone requiring a structural engineer.
