They never gave me a receipt. They were supposed to be doing some other things around the house and I asked for the receipt and he said he was coming back with it, but I never saw him again. Three months later he called and said that he was sorry because he had some kind of family problem in Mexico and didn't have access to a phone. He wanted to continue the work that we agreed for him to do, but I told him to get lost. He did the job on the roof and some of the things weren't to my satisfaction, so I asked him to fix it and he never did. It was very bad and very stressful. I kept on asking questions and he kept saying at the beginning if we're going to work together I'm going to have to trust him. Well, if I hear that again I know not to trust them. It was very unsatisfactory and he was very incomplete with everything. The roof looks nice, but somehow some of the things were not properly done. The vents they installed looked crooked and I asked them why and they said that's the way they were before. I then said that's why I hired you to fix it. It's still crooked. I don't recommend them because you need to have people that you can trust and not run off. At the beginning he seemed to be very professional and very accommodating, but that was probably just to get a client.

Robert Baker II (832-596-1369) was the contractor for our job. He provided a most exceptional experience! There was considerable damage, and he managed every aspect of the project perfectly. Their price was very fair, especially since I did have some out-of-pocket expense.
