HZ is a young energetic contractor who is developing his business and customer satisfaction is important to him. He will investigate the problem and bring back pictures to explain what he sees and to justify his suggestions for repair. I had not seen this before. His workers were quiet, and cleaned up and my neighbors noticed and ask for his name.
