Excellent experience - received an initial call-back within 24 hours and the job itself was completed within 72 hours of my request. While inspecting the work I noticed a minor item (missing screw) and the owner (Henry) came by the next day to address the matter. I plan to use them again and would highly recommend this professional team.

Henry is open to discussing options without pushing. He just provided his input focusing on solving problems. Since I had other companies to evaluate the situation of the gutter, I have a general picture about what was wrong with the gutter. I feel he is honest and to the point. We ended up a solution to solve the problems at minimal cost. His charge is reasonable so I decided to go with him right away. The job was done the next business day. Communication with him was smooth. He called me when he would be fifteen minutes late and forty five minutes before the work was completed. I was busy with conferences that day and couldn't get home to inspect the job and to make the payment. Henry offered to drop by my office or come back again after work. All in all, he is flexible and trustable. There were various reasons that I didn't choose the previous companies such as higher cost, excesive repair and bad communication. The gutter stands well against today's rain. I can put this matter away now. Thanks.

Henry came out to see what I need done on easter weekend and had his guy worked on it 1st thing that Monday. I'm satisfied with the work will definitely use him again in the future.

Everyone on the job was hard working. They finished the job in one day. Reroof and extension and repair molding above and below bay window.

These guys were prompt, courteous and accommodating. Scheduled the work around my availability. Hired them to repair about 16 feet of aluminum fascia that was blown off in the wind. My only issue/concern is detail and discuss all the work needed before setting price. I asked the tech to secure a loose shutter and down spout hanger while they were here. Provided all the fasteners and let them use my ladder because the one they had on the truck was too short. Was charged an extra $40 for 5 mins of work that I could've done myself. Guess I paid for the convenience of not getting my hands dirty. Overall though, satisfied with their work. They used screws and silicone adhesive which will hopefully keep this fascia up so it doesn't need to be repaired for a third time.

In addition he promised to cut down the branch that initially caused the problem. All work was completed as promised with exceptional quality.
