Very professional and responded to my problem immediately

My wife contacted Henry on Tuesday regarding having some loose siding fixed/replaced. He promised he would be here Wednesday, didn't show. He left a message saying sorry but he would definitely be here Thursday "10 at the latest!" he showed up at about 1:00pm. Upon completion I check the job, looked good. He asked me for $320. He had quoted my wife $260 to a max of $300. I pointed this out. He said he forgot! Ermmm.. I asked for $10 discount for the inconvenience. Wouldn't do it. He just lost a potential long term customer. Over $10!! Not good customer service. First impressions count for something.

HZ's Contractor responded immediately, gave me an estimate promptly and scheduled the repair the following day. He kept me informed of when he would arrive to do the work and he worked quickly and efficiently to correct my siding problem.

Henry is a nice guy and did a good job. If any thing needed additional, make sure you ask how much it'll cost. I made the mistake of not asking and felt I got overcharged.

I needed to repair a debouched downspout. Even though it was a small job, HZ's Contractor LLC responded to my request immediately, showed up within a few hours, and repaired the spout perfectly. The rate was definitely reasonable compare to other contractors. Highly recommended!!

HZ called us right away to make an appointment. appointment was scheduled for Monday morning - reattaching our loose gutters. work was completed within 2 hours. job well done

Henry called me 10minutes after I Posted the job.He came the next morning,did the repair and we were done.

Henry fixed,on his first visit, loose siding that I had been trying to get others to fix. He contacted me within the hour after the job was posted,made an appointment for the following morning. Showed up,got on his ladder and reattached the siding. The cost was less than a couple of hundred dollars.

called the morning after I requested. gave me a price for what I described I needed. I told him I was waiting for one more guy ( 1st guy called within an hour of my submission, he wound up 61% higher than HZ ( same description )... ). 3rd guy never contacted me. Called HZ 3 days later around midday, he got here late afternoon ( letting me know when he would be here and why he was running late ). Did the job ( including cleaning out the gutter, which I did not know was needed. Finished in under an hour. didn't charge anymore than his estimate. would call him in a minute or recommend him.

The job was done very well to our satisfaction. Very nice service and will definitely hire for future products

My vinyl siding melted due to thermal reflection from neighbor's window. The entire side of the house was affected. HZ Contractors promptly recognized the problem & installed new siding that matched the rest of the house. Exterior trim around windows & garage door look excellent. All work was superb!

HZ Contractors were professional, kept in touch throughout entire project, and completed work with superior craftsmanship. After 41 years of owning a home, I finally found an honest, skilled contractor. HZ Contractors have my highest recommendation.

Prompt response and quality work Siding needed to be ordered but it was only 1 extra day which was no impact on completing the job in a timely manner
