Ronnie and David were very professional, reasonable, and price competitive. They, more than anyone else who visited our house, knew what the issues and solutions were. They are very experienced and knowledgeable and efficient. They were significantly less expensive than the 4+ other vendors we spoke with. They helped arrange financing too. The quality of flooring was very good and just what we wanted. The crew that did the floor was on-time, quiet and hard-working, and did a great job - including carefully moving furniture and clean-up. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to all.

Ron called me immediately after I place my HomeAdvisor request and quickly set up an appointment for a measurement and estimate. The price was very reasonable and he was willing to work with my install schedule. Installation was flawless despite some tight corners and angles. Second time using AtHome and will use them again.

Beautiful carpet and beautiful installation. $500 less than Empire. Polite nice men on the phone and on the installation. They had to work around an insert and some strange angles and the rug looks great! So very pleased - thank you!

The job looked very good but walking on the floor later it became apparent that the subfloor was not properly repaired (squeeky to walk on).

Estimate process was thorough provided sounds advise; they provided their best pricing first time without painless negotiations I had with others! Quality of installation was great; end product looks fantastic! One suggestion for improvement would be to improve customer communication (can use email or phone) but customer should not have to call multiple times to find out status or when carpet will be installed; be proactive in communications and ensure the customer is always 'in the know' with what is happening.

Great carpet and great price. Had issue with carpet machine when they got here and needed to replace it, also had binding issue with carpet but owner rectified the issues quickly. Job was eventually completed and very happy with product and price.

At Carpet & Flooring service was excellent. The Salesmen was on time polite and worked with us picking out a style and color. The quality of carpet was explained which made our decision a lot easier. While most companies where pushing carpets that shed , this company offered the best staining warranty without the shedding . The little things we didn't know about which they where honest and brought to our attention . The Installers where on time neat and clean. The vaccuming of the new carpet was a great finish. I would definitely use and recommend at home carpet

The customer service was great but the installer was a piece of work. Install did not happen on first day due to weather and inability to make it within time window, 2nd time was told between 3-3:30 and installer did not show up until almost 5:30pm. Once the work was complete it looks great, however they need to get more reliable people to do the installs.
