They were great from start to finish! The customer service has been wonderful...from the estimate to the install to the follow up. I would highly recommend this company again and have already referred them to one of my friends. We will be using them again in the future!

Every thing was fine

We needed 7 rooms to have hardwood flooring installed. They completed the job in 2 days. The installers were very pleasant and hard working. The completed job is outstanding. We compared three other companies they offered the best quality product and price. They even moved all the furniture. I highly recommend At Home Carpet & Flooring.

We were pleased with the job done by the contractors of At Home.They completely replaced a very old and dirty carpet of the previous homeowner in a hallway and stairway with a new one. Very good service - quick, high quality, reasonable price.

Carpet install quality on stairs was poor. We were sold a thin carpet resulting in ripped corners. Salesman returned, we chose another carpet for an upcharge. Installer arrived, removed first carpet but left us with nothing except staples and damage. He left with the new carpet I purchased. Ron, owner, was difficult to deal with. He often spoke to my wife in a rude and bullying tone. In the end, we were forced to provide an email to Ron to get our carpet and padding back. We had to hire and pay another installer. The experience of dealing with Ron Carter was terrible. Installers always very late.

The company was flexible when working with our schedule and the complicated installation was completed in a timely manner. Our new carpeting looks great!

Great work on front end. Responded to ask first and to the house in a few days. Were ready to move as fast as I was. Had wood samples to match another room. Quote on the spot - efficieng - which i accepted. Install crew lacked tack covering to protect rug in stairs(I had that) did 2 rooms. Same day. Look great. Crew took final payment but never heard back post install to verify I'm happy - though Im. Odd considering the focus on the front end. Regardless - very pleased and would use again including this Home Advisor service.

Installed approx. 1200 sq. feet hard wood flooring in one day with really only one minor problem that was taken care of same day.

Small incident of oil spillage from compressor in outside location. Nothing serious or damaging. Flooring project was completed as discussed upfront.

Just excellent work and great company. Dave (sales guy) showed up on time and also waited for my wife to come home so he could show samples. we picked 2 options and he spoke to Ronny (who is the owner I think) and gave me an excellent price. Product delivered on time, installed on time and the work looks great. !! Highly recommend them.!

I got a quote for floor installation and also sand/stain and polish 2 rooms. So far, I have completed the sanding/staining. They did an excellent job, I will hire them for the installation for some rooms as well.

Needed to have (2) pieces of trim re-attached to living room wall. Installer did not have the tool to do the job. Owner never followed up with completing the job after numerous phone calls. This company did not remove the trim yet I asked the sales person while he was giving me the estimate if it could be done and he said yes. The day of the scheduled appt, I had to call them to find out what time they would be arriving. Unfortunately the van was involved in an accident and couldn't make the appt. No other vans were available. However the actual carpet installation & cleanup were excellent.

My entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend to everyone I know and will definitely use them again for future needs.
