The carpet and floors look great, however the sales person did not measure properly because when the installers came to put down the laminate floors they ran out of material. The installers said that they needed to call the office and then the office would call us to reschedule for the next appt. Without any phone call to us the installers just showed unannounced to our house to finish the floors, however we were not home at the time and they had to come back and reschedule.

At Home gave me a very good price and did an excellent job. Completed everything in 1 day. I had one small problem and they came the next day and fixed it. I highly recommended them.

The team was very courteous and cleaned up as they went. The floor ultimately is beautiful, but moving appliances, they caused small marks in newly painted walls and door frames.

Awesome people - really enjoyed working with Ronnie, David and their team. I originally enlisted their help to re-do the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms of a house we just purchased. They called me right away and set up a meeting for a few hours after we were set to close on the house. I also mentioned to them before the meeting that we would be re-doing our downstairs and were interested in a wide espresso brown wood plank, so if they had the material to please come prepared to price it out... David showed up and measured everything and presented exactly what we wanted-- very reasonably priced!! They completed the wood floor job in a day and a half (which was not an easy task given that they had to remove about 1000 sq. ft of ceramic tile and laminate) and the carpet in one day. It turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier!

Great company

The installers (2) worked diligently, quickly, cleaned as they went, were very careful moving furniture and were pleasant to have in my home. The job is beautiful and the only one who was unsure of it was Misty my cat. She, now, has become acclimated to it and approves of it. I, on the other hand LOVE it.

Scheduling of delivery and work can improve.

The workers were on time and courteous, they cleaned up after they were done. The work took a little bit longer than estimated, but overall they did an awesome job. Roger was courteous , he even asked what my preference was on certain parts of the floor installation. He gave me different options on how certain parts could be done and what it would look like. He was very easy to work with and he was very patient. Ronnie called to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I really appreciate that personal touch. I would recommend AT HOME CARPET AND FLOORING to anyone who's interested in installing hardwood flooring.

With the exception of a week delay ( company failed to check the product To make sure it was on perfect conditions prior setting up a date with customer ), everything else was perfect! The installation process was fast, they were there at the time we agreed and the results were amazing. Very competitive rate as well!

I was really anxious abou the vinyl that I chose for our kitchen when they rolled it out. Since we were cvhanging the floor because we are selling our house, I wanted my realtor to see it and before putting it down. The men on the job waited patiently until she came and approved it. They had another job they were supposed to do later in the day and my indecision held them up for that job. When my realtor approved it, they installed it and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company!

Good guys. Had to wait just a few days for certain supplies needed for the installation but no problem. All the people are friendly, helpful and professional.

They worked with me and my personal budget as if I was a real person, not just another order number. I talked directly to the owner and he helped me as if I was family! I highly recommend this company.

Ron worked with me to find the perfect match to my current floor. It blends really well and looks terrific. Ron was very easy to work with and his installer Roger was also very good. Polite, on time and very nice. I had to call Ron and Roger back to fix a couple of very minor things and he came back within a day and finished within 20 minutes. I was very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them.
