Ron was very professional and understanding. We had existing floors refinished, new flooring installed to match and carpet installed in the basement. All of his contractors were courteous and responsive to any questions or concerns. They did a great job...looks like a brand new place! Definitely would recommend them.

They were late coming in but worked extremely diligently and quickly. Cleaned thoroughly after the project was compete. I would highly recommend them. The house looked completely transformed after the work was done. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

After an initial issue with scheduling, for which Ronnie was apologetic, they came back strong and also gave a discount to make amends. The installers were very professional and willing to go the extra mile to do little extra things for which some of other companies try to nickel and dime customers. Good quality product with good installation

They gave a very competitive price and did the installation quickly. However, the installers made marks on my newly painted walls, did not make cut outs for plastic closet rail guides, and left a mess of staples and excess carpet behind. They also did not respond to two calls asking for explanation. Good price- bad service

Glenn who came out to do the estimate was fantastic! He spent 45 minutes educating me about different woods and the installation process. The company was very accommodating as I had a date switch that they handled without hesitation. Good company, good installers, good price- love my new floor!!

The company asked for us to rate them immediately and now I understand why. They do not follow through and should not be used. If anyone would like to visit my home to see the Poor workmanship I would be happy to show them.

A great price for a great product. Very professional staff. We got quotes from 4 different places and this company had the best price by far. They were able to get any product we asked about so it was very easy to work with them. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything from ordering to installation was perfect. Carlos and Carlos did a great job. They came with carpet at 9 am and completed installing 3 bedroom, 1 hallway, 11 steps and a porch by 6 pm. That was a "clean job". Thank you "At Home Carpet and Flooring."
