Happy with my new laminate flooring installed in my kitchen. Ronnie coordinated and worked within my schedule for the installation date and the installation went smoothly.

Very pleased with the laminate flooring installed in my living room and dining room. Looks beautiful! The carpeting on the stairs and upstairs landing also is nice. The salesperson was patient and even returned to my home a second day with additional carpet samples. Ronnie was very responsive prior to and during the installation process. Installers arrived promptly, did good work, cleaned up, etc. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

The installers did a good job. However, they did have to come back to install another metal door trim and readjust the trim they initially installed. I found that there was some miss communication between the salesman (David) and the owner. Which lead to initial installation scheduling issues. Followed by someone from At Home Carpet & Flooring calling to see if I wanted to move forward with the estimate about a week after the carpet was installed. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the actions of one of the installers. There were two guys, one older and one younger. Well, when the older guy left to go get more tools from the van, the younger guy was trying to get more work from me with him "Off The Books". Telling me that he could install more carpet in the house for half the price At Home Carpet & Flooring would have charged. Making money on the side is okay, but scalping work from your employer like that, I don't agree with. Outside of all that, they did a good job.

Installers were very fast and they did a great job.

We got an estimate on Tuesday and the carpet was installed on Saturday. I almost had to cancel my estimate appointment because My husband had my car. The estimator came to the home I was living in after he measured our new home with samples. Ronnie could hear my kids in the background and was very understanding. They definately went out of their way to get our business. I also love that our carpet has a lifetime installation guarantee. We also got a very fair price.

They send out one person to bring the wood, one crew to do the floor and one crew to do the stairs and each says the other will do the finishing touches and no one did. We were torn about carpet or wood for our 10 stairs and landing we went with wood even though it cost us more than double of carpet and I still need to call someone else to sand and stain the edges of each step and fill in the spaces. Our steps did have nails but one of the crews did well while the one that did the steps spent more time on personal calls then he did making my stairs look good. Roger and his partner did a good job but I feel as if the job was left incomplete.

They did the work quickly and extremely high quality. Ron, one owner, is great. I did one bedroom and liked it so much I had them come back and do my entire upstairs. They helped us move big furniture, were very clean and quick. Really good.
