At Home Carpet & Flooring

I hired this company to lay flooring and carpeting. They did a great job, hauled away the garbage, etc. It was the post-installation phase when their service was lacking. Never received a promised receipt for the final amount. Sent me a copy of the contract, which did not reflect the final cost; it was not marked paid in full with the new amount. I am still waiting for the sample of the carpeting the owner ordered from the warehouse, now almost a month ago. Overall, I was delighted with the work but not the customer service follow-up.

The laminate flooring was installed by professionals and looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired At Home just to install carpet and baseboards for my 11x12 bedroom because I wanted a change before my 25th birthday. The contacts I had were so friendly and kind. The only unfortunate thing was timing. The work was held back by a snow storm in late January, and then was put off a few more times due to them being back up. Then they almost forgot that I also purchased baseboard installation but Ronnie quickly hopped on the issue and sent someone out immediately to install it! Regardless the few set-backs, I would definitely choose this company again because my carpet makes me feel like a princess and was installed perfectly!

The installers were quick and wore protective booties over their work boots. That did it for me.

At Home Flooring did a great job! We added oak hardwood flooring in the family room, which is between the foyer and kitchen. These two rooms had pre-existing hardwood which had been in the home for over twenty years. The new hardwood was weaved into the old hardwood (about 14 feet) and the entire floor sanded and refinished. Anyone walking into the home would not notice the family room flooring was added later. The installation and refinishing crews were wonderful to deal with as was Ronnie. Would definitely hire them again.

The hardwood floor was installed beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a great price and I'm very happy with the results. The one thing that I didn't like was every time I had to speak to a guy named Ron he always seemed like he was to busy to speak to me and to answer my questions. I was almost going to go with another company because of this.

Both installers were very courteous, polite and very experienced as they went about their business. They left my place tidy and just as they found it. when our laminate flooring was del. no underlayment was included, this caused the install to be delayed. One of the crew, however did remove the old carpet, padding & tackless while waiting for the other to have to go out and pickup the underlayment. Of bigger concern was the fact that the sales rep told us that they could work around our very heavy cast iron radiators, the installers disagreed and therefore I had to disconnect & then re-connect 3 radiators. I did not mind except for the fact that I have had a knee replacement, so it was a little more challenging. Overall the install was very good, despite the late start.

Very professional both sales and install.

I was originally going to install vinyl tile but due to the excellent advice of the installer, I changed my mind and had carpeting installed. It was a much nicer outcome. It was less expensive also. I was impressed that a company would advocate a less expensive alternative. Very honorable. The men who did the work were fast as well as extremely accurate in their measuring and installation. They moved things around and cleaned up very well. A great experience.

New floors were installed in my foyer and hallway. Just beautiful. Changed the whole look. Roger, was in installer. Ask for him. He put down all new moldings to perfection. He calked them. He came in time and cleaned up everything once the floors were put Down. No mess at all. I am beyond happy. Ron is a pleasure to work with. I have already sent pictures of my new floors to all my family and friends. Theylove it. His prices are really fair. Thank you Ron. I will be calling you to do my bedrooms. This is one very happy customer.
