At Home Carpet & Flooring

The biggest faux pas was that they did not finish the job in one day. Had floors measured 2x & then ran out flooring in kitchen. Work "supv." said he texted the boss & I should hear something that evening. Well no call. Waited til next am & I finally called them. Spoke to Ronnie & he said he called my cell phone (not phone# listed on work order). Don't understand why he did not do that. Long story short I called again asking when will they complete work. Also did not appreciate nicks in wall or damaged cracked molding in bathroom. How can you be so careless and then not mention to homeowner. I know for a fact that damage was done on their watch. But overall they did good job.

They were not the easiest to work with regarding the timing of the various steps of the process, but I cannot argue with the results. I had old hardwood floors that were pretty beat up, stained at places, and damaged at others (leaky fish tank!). They sanded and refinished the floors with some repairs. The floors now look brand new and I still can't believe how nice they look. They look better than I had even hoped they would. I had my living room and two bedrooms done for $2,000 . . . best money I spent on the house so far.

Simple project but good job. Responsive and fair.

Installation was super fast and relatively clean (we had to vacuum and mop the floors even though the crew did it as well). Only one minor problem: one of the wood planks chipped the night of the installation and it took over three weeks for the contractors to come and fix it. It was a pain to get them to come by, a lot of calls and few call backs. We wish they had replaced the whole plank, as the money we paid was for new and unblemished hardwood floors. But they just filled the whole with color putty. Here's hoping that was enough.

There was a mix up with type of wood flooring I needed, because it was hard to know which would it was until they started working on it. Also it took one more day longer then what they told me to complete the project. I love my floor they came out great, the team were very good at what they do.

Luis & Oscar did a beautiful job of installing rugs in 2 bedrooms, stairs, & tile in kitchen & hallway, they moved large pieces of furniture out of the bedrooms & put them back when finished, they vacuumed, cleaned up after each job. If you want the best this is the place to call. My rugs & flooring came out beautiful. true professionals in their field.

Even though I initially found a more affordable quote, they offered a higher quality grade of carpet for slightly more. They also offered a 'personal" touch, the other two companies w received quotes basically treated us as "numbers". It was definitely worth the extra cash!!! Anyone reading this review, just know it's pretty much a guarantee you will get expert service from these guys!!!

The installers were great. They did an amazing job on our laminate flooring project. Installed flooring in two bedrooms and one hallway in a day as promise. Excellent excellent work for the money we spent .
