Sales person was knowledgeable and punctual with good availability. The actual work was rescheduled numerous times, sometime without notice when i had already made myself available. Poor communication between sales person and installer.

Hired At Home and Carpet to install over $4,000 Mohawk carpeting in my home. Padding was not as shown but thin and flimsy. Floor boards were not new as stated in contract but installers, who could not speak English put down my old boards which were not installed properly and are a trip risking hazard. I contacted Ronnie 4 times but nothing was done.

This outfit can only be characterized as "unprofessional". I should have known the problem when they would not disclose their office location. They kept only one appointment and it was very hard to schedule the job. One excuse always came after another. First they did not measure the home properly. Then they tried to charge extra for closets, then they brought less carpet than needed, then they would never schedule to finish the job unless within a reasonable time frame. Their vans have no company logos, and their personnel were not their own employees. If you hire them, ask them to provide you with a copy of their business license, or their business insurance. I would never hire them again, for anything. Do yourselves a favor, choose another vendor!!!

From the salesperson to the installers, the service was top notch. The product delivery date and installation date were kept. The installers did a really great job. I was really impressed by their professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves and all we had to do was put our personal things away after the installation.

Everyone was so nice starting with the store and also the sales lady who came to my house. the installers were polite and knew what they were doing' My carpet looks beautiful and I have gotten a lot of compliments on the way it looks and feels.
