From start to finish they were very professional and did an amazing job! They were spotless, making sure everything was cleaned up and thrown away. They removed all old flooring, moved all furniture and laid hardwood throughout my whole house. Great experience and I wouldn't use any other company! My house look phenomenal!! Super happy!!

Ron responded to my request for an estimate quickly, scheduled my installation efficiently and was readily available to answer all my questions/concerns. Likewise David came to my home to examine/measure the areas to have sheet vinyl flooring and was very helpful with his guidance and always ready to answer any of my questions/concerns. Louis and Oscar installed my sheet vinyl flooring...absolutely the best team one could have...from old vinyl removal to appliance removal/replacement & toilet removal/replacement for the new flooring installation and clean up! Helpful and caring all the way. We are so pleased with the final product. Our project involved many small adjoining rooms connected to a long hallway run (an old home)...Louis and Oscar are the best! He owner is unprofessional and threatened me of going back in my house and tearing up the floors if I did not pay him the rest of the money. I informed him that I will pay him after an important appt. (prior to the appt i text him several times informing him that I will have and appt and i can pay him. He was unavailable to answer at that time. His workers are great and work. The installation of floors was fine. No major issues but the owner basically uses intimidation and he is a bully. At the end he apologized and " stated he would not like if a man talked to his wife like that". Ive never ran into such an unprofessional company.

At the beginning they were responsible and helpful. The installers were professional. After installation their customer service has declined.

Consumer Customer Service is the key to revenue growth to any business (large or small). Thankfully, the sales rep measured perfectly! But any questions thereafter, no returned calls. After the sale and before the official installation, I initiated all communication about delivery or non-delivery hick-ups! When the team of 4 (which I understand was a double shift) arrived 3 hours late- they were extremely professional. True craftsman. They saved the reputation of this firm.

I had to review each question before i could get to this page. Even though I didnt receive the installation, I Would still have to leave them with 5 stars because i know that they are a very successful business. I just read all their wonderful reviews. Both the owner and sales rep. were very helpful,polite and fair at pricing. I am just curious as to why i didnt get any calls for an installation appt.after I was told it would be completed within 2 weeks or less. Perhaps an error occurred' and they lost my info; as i lost theirs. (I had head trauma) and just couldnt remember the business that had been chosen to do the flooring. After 3 weeks and no communication, I had to call someone from craigslist to install some inexpensive flooring before my guests arrived for thanksgiving. I would say that mistakes can happen, and therefore, cannot give a bad review.
