They were extremely responsive. Quality of work was good. Everything happened on time as committed. Professional. I dealt with Ronnie, who is very honest and fair. I would recommend them to others looking for hardwood flooring - either a small or large job.

I was scheduled for 5-10-17 to start..made contract with them on 4-11-17..received a phone call 8pm on 5-9-17 that they ordered the wrong flooring though this was supposed to have been confirmed by 4-30-17 according to the contract.. not acceptable to me .everything that was in that room is now scattered about our house with a might be able to install by Friday or Saturday. I have family and grand kids coming over for mothers day with no dining area as everything is piled there....not happy at all

From David coming to our house twice and several phone calls helping us choose our options, Ron who worked with us to arrange installation and the installation crew; I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer support and dedication to making our experience a smooth and pleasant one. Everyone was hard working and accommodating to our requests. Our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend At Home. These days you get the run around but not with these guys. KUDOs to At Home.

The pro arrived earlier and was very professional in doing service, the flooring does look quiet seamless. He was very careful in making sure everything installed in clean and secure way. I am truly happy with the service and sure they gave best price.

My husband and I were thinking of having our living room floors done because we didn't like the carpet that we have but this time we want it to be wood flooring, no carpet. So I decided to do my research online and got to this site. I was given options and whoa! other companies charge way moreeee which isn't reasonable esp. when you did research and know how much it usually range for the cost of materials and labor. Ronnie, called me and had an appt. with him Thursday to check the floors. He was such a very nice man and very professional. The first time we saw him, we can tell that he is an honest to goodness man. He gave us a reasonable price for the wood flooring which is actually within our planned budget because the previous ones, aren't good because the quote they gave us was 3,787 dollars for a vinyl flooring, NO WAY! Ronnie, was like heaven sent. We were glad that we waited for the appt. with Ronnie. He gave me his word that he can have the floors done before the end of the week and he kept his words. A kind of person you would definitely hire for having your floors done. A company who aims to give excellent quality of service, work, value for money and the crew that he has are awesome esp. the one who did our floors, Gil, thank you. You would never regret having Ronnie as your floor experts because I can tell you that, HE IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES AND HE VALUES HIS CUSTOMER!!! thank you and God bless.

Installers were excellent, kept me in the loop with each step. I did ask for a copy of the warranty that I have not received yet.

Friendly and accommodating. Worked with multiple people through sales and scheduling. They were able to meet my scheduling requirements. The guys that performed the installation did carpet removal, installation, and old carpet disposal. The installers also moved furniture as they worked, and they worked very efficiently. Pricing was also very fair versus market pricing. The new carpets brightened up our 2nd floor, and made my family and I very happy.
