We are terribly dissatisfied with the work and service ,We used them about a 4 months ago to change Hardwood floor in my kids room. flooring is not done properly and made complaint with in 10 days of installation but so far they have not taken any action it's almost 4 months . Needless to say I have never in my life seen such terrible "unprofessional" customer service of anything. I will never use them or recommend them ever.

Very professional company, unlike the other 2 companies that provided quotes. The professionalism began with the salesperson and continued through to the installers. Cleaned up and offered a fair price.

I hired At Home after my basement flooded out due to a sump pump failure. Needless to say it was a huge loss for our family and we needed to replace the flooring in both our laundry and basement. After meeting with At Home, we knew they were the right partner for the job. They presented samples and were very easy to work with. More importantly, they did not ticky tack charge us for moving items around or other "unforseen" things. The guys who came were extremely nice, hard working, and professional. We had a situation that needed some extra attention after the job was over and they responded immediately. Customer service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in this company. Gayle came to my house, I ordered gray carpet for my stairs and upper landing. She showed me several swatches of gray carpeting.No order color was shown to me. When the carpet arrived, it was green. The owner did not help in trying to correct this matter. I am stuck with green carpet.

What a great experience! They had exactly the design/color we were looking for, they worked with us financially for a GREAT price, and the results are AMAZING. We had our whole floor redone with one style of laminate - it looks like a new house! And our floors were all slightly strange and uneven, my husband and i were so worried that they wouldn't be able to do it. They came fairly on time, and worked from about 9 am - 4 pm and finished about 1000 sq ft! They trimmed the edges and even cleaned the kick-plates under the kitchen cabinets. I just CANNOT recommend them enough! Thank you guys!!

Pricing was very good! However, very bad customer service. Ron Carter who is the owner is rude, not organized, doesn't keep track of his appointments and is very unprofessional. Other than the sales person, Dave, whom I had a great experience with, his installers were rude and did a quick and shabby install job. I had to point out several defects that the installer argued with me on while fixing. I've owned real estate in NY and NJ for 20 years and have never had such a bad experience. Thank goodness I only had a small one room job and not an entire home! I paid the balance by credit card over the phone and called to follow up for my receipt because it was never sent via email. He took a picture of the receipt while sitting in his car and texted it to me! That was laughable! If you value customer service and professionalism, take your business elsewhere. I would have gladly paid a premium for good business etiquette!!

Sales rep, Gayle, brought ample laminate samples to choose from and answered all questions with patience. Install team arrived early and ready for work. They were pleasant and professional with great attention to detail. It was obvious they took pride in their work. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. End product looks great. I had warranty concerns but Ron said they stand by their product and work. I would certainly use At Home again with confidence.
