The salesman was professional and he was the reason for extra star in customer service. They put down the cheapest thinnest (see-through) underlayment!!! The very low quality of the installation and materials was so disappointing and they overcharged my credit card!!! I was told that I would be refunded and it's been four months and counting....

I am happy with the carpets themselves. My issue is the lack of accountability concerning a small chunk in the hallway (I had the house painted 2 weeks prior) and two bedrooms? closet doors broken during installation. The track parts are missing in one room and one door in other bedroom is stuck shut. Very inconvenient. ?I don't know? was the answer when I asked about the missing track pins leaving the door swinging outward. Communication was definitely an issue as I speak very limited Spanish. I have had to hire Tom Cole and Sons of Atlas Construction (5 star company) to repair the closet and paint issues.

A little hiccup on the cost of a dealer used before installation, but we were more than pleased with the job, Also, the installers were excellent.

Easy to deal with regarding installation scheduling. Quality of the work was very very good. No complaints.

After a very rough start with delivery everything went smoothly The installers couldnâ t have been any better Great workers our floor was down in two hours. I highly recommend this company

We are so impressed. They did not just do the bare minimum but went above & beyond! We would HIGHLY recommend and use them again in the future !

I had a little communication problem, partly my fault, aside from that they were excellent.

The work crew was able to rip out old flooring, and install the new wood flooring in one days work. The job was well done . They moved furniture ripped out flour types of flooring including ceramic tile, hauled away old materials, and then installed wood flooring. The cost came in much lower than another floor installer, and the quality of the installation and the wood flooring are great. The only downside was that they did not carry a type of room transition divider piece that was needed for two transition ways into the kitchen area, and so I had to use the old pieces and change their stain. Not a big deal, but disappointing and extra work I did not anticipate.

Just bought a new house. They sanded and stained our entire upstairs hardwood and then placed a new vinyl flooring in our den area. Everything was done in a timely manner, workers were professional and the floors look great.

I had laminate flooring installed. My only complaint is they never kept the time slots that were quoted to me. I was supposed to receive a call letting me know when the installers were coming. They just came mid-day. I called the company to get info about when they would be here, no one answered the phone. I immediately called back on a different phone when I hung up and the boss was there to answer. The installers of my floor did an excellent job in a short time. They cleaned up all their debris. I am pleased with the work done, I just don't like to be told you will be here a certain time and you don't show up.

Everything went fairly smoothly day of install did not have to move out of house for the day.

We had our install done in June . We called right after the install regarding a seam down the center of the room (the room was not large enough to have a seam straight down the middle. Clearly the installer cut the carpet too short) Ron sent the installer back out to address the problem but he didn t fix it- he told us it would settle after a few months and to call back . It has been nearly 7 months and instead of settling, it has gotten worse. We ve called 8 times and have had no response from Ron. So much for a life time warranty.

Good quality flooring and carpet at a very reasonable price. They came when they promised, moved heavy furniture without complaint, and did a very professional job, quickly and cleanly. I'm very happy with my new floors.

hard wood floor looks great, done in a timely fashion and a very fair price, will be using them again as I need other floors replaced.

I requested to reschedule the installation date, that he refused and asked extra money to do that. It's ok to some extent, but they didn't install the carpet to that quality either, so the low rating.

The carpet job came out better than expected.

The installation itself was fine, but issues with Installer were inadequately addressed. Happy with Carpet,but unhappy with customer service.
