Wifey simply wanted the stairs recovered for the holidays... **Honey let us try Home Advisor** The consultant that came out on 11/16/19 was professional. Agreed on an Early morning 8/9 am installation due to my work sched. The Co after taking my Dep took 2 weeks to call, gave me a Friday appointment. I called a day or two prior to request a 1/2 call prior to arrival and made arrangements for a Fam member to be there. I called Ron at 9 and again at 11:20. He advised installers would arrive w/in a half hour. I called back at 12n to advise that I needed to reschedule as my family member had to depart for work. Ron yelled at me, stating that he never agreed to a early morning install. Refused to reschedule, stated I do not need this for a $800 job and hung up on me. He prob will not even return my Dep but that is ok. GOD will bless us w/ a professional. I should have stuck w/ SK Hamarah in Plainfield as in the past. Costly but you due get what you pay for. Excellent job was completed by the crew. The floor looks amazing and the work area was pristine when they were done.

These guys did a great job. They were punctual, efficient and very easy to work with. Flooring was installed in one day, as planned, and looks beautiful. I am very happy!

These guys will do the bare minimum and be moody about having to do that. They will fit the carpet and that's it. They won't re-hang doors that they take off, and when they install carpet in the wrong place they'll argue that you - the customer who made the order - is wrong. And they will try to cut corners - the installer asked me if he could put the carpet over the old vinyl flooring - the warped, battered and ruined vinyl flooring - bit cheeky when removal of the old flooring was factored into the cost of the project. Also they left their old razor blades everywhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The team that came was quick and efficient but before the team left, I asked them to cut back a section that was making the closet door hard to open. I was told it would flatten. It didn t and when I called (four times) to ask them to come back to adjust I was first told to shave the door down and then I was repeatedly told someone would contact me to schedule the fix. Nobody has. Customer service was fine before the install, not so much after I made payment. I would definitely not recommend.

I love the work that these guys did. It’s beautiful! They were pleasant and efficient. My only gripe is that they did not replace the support pegs underneath my bed and I had a terrible time doing it myself.

The experience was great from A to Z. Final quality was also great.

It was so easy to schedule on line. They showed up when they were suppose to and their price was cheaper than all the others. Their quality of work was also great.

They made a mistake on the color and I had to pay 300.00 restocking fee! The owner was threatening and obnoxious to my husband and me. Nightmare from beginning to end. Very unhappy. I went elsewhere.

Very happy with the quick installation of our floors in the kitchen and hallway. Mike the salesman was a very nice guy and helped us choose something we love. Guys that came to install we’re great and very quick and we are very happy and will hire them again to install new flooring in our 2 bedrooms

They did professional work were on time and cleaned up when the job was finished.

The actual work was great. The owner was difficult to deal with. Mixing up delivery dates...not responsive...and aloof.

Very professional. Wish I had done the bedroom before carpeting that didn t last Neat looking and easy to clean.

The MOST absolutely atrocious level of customer service I have EVER received. I hope that this review can be helpful to someone who is considering giving this company their business. As a business owner, myself, to say that I am truly shocked at this companys level of customer service would be an understatement. I recently used At Home services for a flooring installation project at my place of business. The flooring was installed in two offices and one bathroom. At the recommendation of the installation team, the toilet was removed to install the flooring. However, the toilet was not reinstalled properly; it was simply glued to the floor rather than bolted. We noticed this issue when we began to smell sewage from the base of the toilet, and later noticed a good amount of water seeping out of the base of the toilet. We called the company, who agreed to come back to reset the toilet, which they did. A few days later, we noticed more water leaking from the base of the toilet. We called the owner again in an attempt to remedy the situation for good, which the owner refused to do, stating that they are not plumbers, and should therefore, not be liable to fix the problem that the installation team created. The owner also made insulting comments about my business, including asking if things are so tough over there at your business that you are too cheap to hire a plumber, and stating that my business should stop being so cheap and hire a plumber. He also implied that I was lying about the installation of the toilet, stating that he believed that I had actually installed it myself (obviously not the case). This language is obviously completely inappropriate towards anyone, let alone a customer. I now have a leaking toilet that was not previously leaking. I am now responsible for paying for it to be fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

From David/Sales to Ron the appointment Coordinator to the gentlemen that put down the gorgeous wood flooring in our home, All were courteous, professional and hassle free. I would recommend them to everyone. Great job AtHome!

Be very specific with where you want the flooring. 4/5 Alignment 5/5 for Spreading. No air bubbles at all.

I understand things sometimes go wrong with projects but when you do complain. Company should own up to it. See how to best resolve it. But Ron was arrogant rude I have never encountered such rude arrogant customer based company. Bad bad experience. Thank goodness it is not of a big project. And did not get them for my whole house project I wish I saw the terrible reviews before I hired them. That s why helping others with mine
