I had an emergency sewer back-up (on a weekend). After calling 8 plumbers, they were the only plumbing company that had same-day emergency service. The plumber (Jim, I believe) was excellent! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done very quickly. If I ever need a plumber again, I will use them..

Christine was very nice to work with but their communication with each other could have been better. Also, the technician made a huge mistake and did not check the gas valve and we had a gas leak around the pipes. The electrician caught the mistake which was so fortunate for us. Bommer did come back immediately to fix it but that could have been a disaster of the electrician did not find it.

We worked with Jared and he was very professional and gave us good advice on update. He didn t rush us with decision We could either leave existing pipe that he would fix or replace since it was so old. Gave us both pricing ahead of time. He was also to complete repair in the time frame provided.
