He is very friendly, respectful and professional. The office called to alert me that the tech was on his way. The Job was completed same day in about hour and half. That included him to go and get the part

On time. Renal so he called to review services needed and office called with pricing. Completed job quickly same day so tenant would not miss work. Saw a little something that needed attention and completed it at minimal cost. Very professional from front office to technical completion of job.

Very expensive. Replacing an external faucet that took barely one hour cost me $574. They did refund $50 after my protests. Still outrageously expensive.

The serviceman that came was very professional and explained things clearly. He went over the work he did when he was finished. Overall, I was very satisfied about the work that was done.

The plumber arrived on time, was friendly, and very knowledgeable. The only complaint is that I would have to get a different contractors for drain blockage.

This company is fantastic. Very very professional, no nonsense, no shenanigans. They came in did exactly what they told me they were going to do, shook my hand and thanked me for the business. Highly highly recommended

W R Bommer did an excellent job and everyone was personable and easy to work with. The only issue I had was with HomeAdvisor who give out an extension with a phone number that is supposed to forward to my phone. Someone messed up and the calls were never forwarded to me. The only reason I was able to get in touch with them was because they also emailed me. HomeAdvisor, you almost messed this up completely. Be more careful in the future.
