RAP Painting & Pressure Washing

The project went very well. I have previously used Rich for other exterior projects. He promptly stopped by to evaluate the job and provide a quote. He was able to start the project very soon after we agreed on the price. I believe the price was fair and reasonable. I do not have a lot of other prices to compare it to, but I will gladly pay a little more for a quality job without any hassle. Rich finished the job promptly, did exactly what he told me he would do, and the quality of the work was excellent. He also cleaned up on at the end of each day. I will hire RAP again.

AWESOME JOB. I rarely if ever write reviews, however, after Rich and his team completed a project at my home, I felt compelled to share what a phenomenal job they did. I was in a pinch with furniture on its way and needed rooms painted prior to delivery. I contacted Rich and he came to my home same day, gave me an estimate and started the work around my schedule (how refreshing). The responsiveness, quality and professionalism was second to none. I’ve hired many painters and none of them compare to the guys from RAP Painting. Looking forward to working with them again. I joke with my wife that now I don’t care if my three year old son messes up walls in our house because I know exactly who to call – the RAP TEAM!

I can only suggest one thing - Call Richard for any painting or power washing projects. Don't walk, Run to your phone. This guys and his son were amazing. I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job. But the Lord was looking over me and out of Angie's list came RAP painting!! Run, don't walk to you phone.

We hired Rich and Jared to do interior painting for us 3 times; basement was our latest project. They are always very professional and polite. Both are extremely detail oriented, go above and beyond and ultimately deliver great work.

Rich was extremely professional and reasonable. He stands behind his work and always does the right thing. I would highly recommend him.

RAP did a wonderful job power washing my house and paver patio. I live on a busy road and the house builds up a lot of dirt; the back of the house faces north and gets a lot of green buildup on the siding. After Rich and his crew powerwashed, everything is clean, bright and beautiful. The pavers came out great, too, they look like new! Easy to work with and a really good price.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job and made every effort to make sure I was happy with the end result. He and his crew were extremely courteous, completed the job in a timely manner and did a complete cleanup after. I highly recommend RAP and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Rich was very easy to work with and provided excellent service for the price paid. We had him clean off our gutters and power wash our back deck. Both looked great after completion. I will definitely keep RAP in mind for next year's spring cleaning.

Excellent job. The team was meticulous in preparing the deck prior to stain application. They took extra care in removing years worth of debris between planks (and painted over). Also, an excellent job in power washing the house and front walkway. They were courteous and professional.

I highly recommend using RAP for power-washing. Richard, the owner of RAP, could not be more accommodating. We were on a tight schedule for our washing, and he did the best to schedule the work. He does meticulous work and uses the right ingredients for a superb washing. We had used 4 other washers in the past, and no one came close to the quality of RAP. Richard's pricing was also the most favorable of all of the washers we used.

Not only did Rich and his son Jared do a great job but Rich was very helpful with his knowledge of the area and recommendations such as things to do and places to eat, in addition to referring a great contractor name Pete Capelli who also has and continues to do great work for us at very reasonable prices. They are all great and I plan on continuing to use they're services and I would also recommend them to anyone.

I called R.A.P for an estimate to clean my gutters. It was my good fortune to speak with Richard, the owner. We arranged for him to come out for an estimate later that afternoon. When Richard called to let me know he was on his way he stated that if I was good with the quote he would be able to do the job when he arrived. Richard and his son arrived on time, quoted a price I was happy with and proceeded to clean the gutters. Minor repairs were made at no extra cost to me. I was also given very helpful advice regarding the installation of a few shingles on my roof, I appreciated the information. Richard and his son arrived on time, gave a fair quote, cleaned the gutters, and did not leave debris behind. I absolutely have no complaints and would definitely use them again. You just know when you have met good honest people.

Richard came out within an hour of my call to his company and gave us a reasonable estimate. He was quite personable and we felt comfortable with him doing the work we requested. He said he could do the work that week or the next one, and as promised, he called back a couple of days later to schedule the job. He arrived precisely when he said he would, and Richard and his son did an excellent job--clean, neat and efficient. We look forward to using their services again in the future and highly recommend RAP Painting and Pressure Washing to anyone in need of the various services that they provide.

Rich did a good job, was responsive to my queries and punctual in coming to the job, and completing the job. All that can be asked for, but rarely received these days.

Rich and Son were both professional and friendly. Had both the gutters cleaned and house pressured washed, Rich explained exactly what was going to be done and provided a quote. Rich, the owner, quickly responded to our request for an estimate. His estimate was reasonable and he scheduled to come the following week. We appreciated his call the evening before the scheduled appointment confirming the time that he would arrive. Rich and his son arrived on time as promised, and were very professional and courteous explaining all that they would do which also included cleaning of our gutters as part of their service. They did an amazing job ... the house sparkles, and our brick walkways clean of moss and dirt. No question, we will used them for all of our future pressure washing needs. It is rare these days to find someone who does what they say will do and does it so exceedingly well!

My husband and I were very pleased with this company. They gave us a fair price and did an excellent job at restoring our aging deck by first pressure washing it and then applying a high quality paint. We were able to select the color we wanted from a variety of colors. This father and son team were very easy to work with, answered any questions and work in a highly professional manner. We would highly recommend them to others.

RAP did a wonderful job. They gave me an appraisal explained to me what was to be done. I explained what I needed. We agreed on the date time and price. The reported on time to perform the job. not only did they pressure wash the house they included the front steps and walkway, a small deck, gutters, and the side entrance steps. They were careful not to damage any of the plants that were around the house. Overall they were very professional and nice. Would use them again..
