This company initially installed a new AC and heating system at my townhouse in 2009. When I first attempted to use my AC in the spring of 2010, the system pumped out warm air, the system needed a complete recharge. The technician stated that he found the leak and repaired it. I was charged a $65 service fee. In 2011, once again, I turned on the AC on the first hot day and had warm air once again. Another technician arrived at the house and had to completely recharge the system. He also stated that he found the leak which he repaired. He REFUSED to charge me. Once again in 2012 I had the same results. After having an extended conversation on the phone about this reoccurring problem, Royal Air refused to check the system without charging me for a service call. They came out and had to completely recharge the system for the third time. I do not recommend this company and will use a new company in 2013 when I anticipate having the same issue.
