Very professional, good communication prior to the job, arrived on time worked quickly and when he left aside from the faucet and sink was back working you wouldn't know he was there. I would definitely call him for my next project.

Best plumber I've ever used! He's got a lot of common sense. Whereas other plumbers simply wanted to knock out a wall in order to gain access to pipes ,thereby leaving me (on my own) with a whole new set of problems, William simply said, "Let's make a little door, thereby saving my wall AND gaining access to the pipes. He was actually surprised that this was not previously suggested. He's very honest, he's intelligent and he knows what he's doing. Honest, reasonable and patient. No one I've used has come up to his standards. He's the guy I'll call in the future--that is if he's still available, once people "catch on" to this gem. He's going to get great reviews again and again and then I'll probably have to "wait in line" for his services--but he deserves it.

Friendly guy, price seemed fine but was the only response I received from the home advisor plumbers so I don't know how it would have compared (not a big job), I had tried to fix it myself initially so I knew the parts needed and put the item numbers in the request, he did arrive with the wrong replacement part and seemed to want to install it until I called Kohler and we confirmed that the part that he brought would not work correctly, I had ordered a second part myself so he installed that one and it works fine. Gave a 4 rather than a 5 since I did specify the exact item number of the proper replacement part and a different part was brought over (I am glad that I researched it myself at this point). Guy was friendly.

Well, to make a long story short, the guy was very honest, a rare quality to find these days in my opinion. He gave me a price of $250 to fix a leak, which would include everything related to that leak, but fortunately for me, it wasn't a plumbing problem, so he charged me only $100, and to tell you the truth I really didn't expect that. Other thing is, I called him on a Saturday evening around 8 pm, and within half an hour he was at my place. Trust me, I really appreciated that, I can't thank him enough.
