I was very happy with this company. I had a big replacement project (HVAC, Furnace and hot water heater) and the work was exceptional. The owner Benny and his workers were extremely knowledgable, helpful, reliable, honest, friendly and reasonable. The job was done quickly and done right with no mess at all left behind. I would highly recommend.

Reliable

I have owned several homes. I have had a/c, water heaters & furnaces replaced in all of them. BC HVAC SERVICE was by far the most professional & courteous, simply a pleasure. Always on time, always kind. I will never use another HVAC company. I completely trust BC HAVC. Canâ t get better than Ben.

We have used Ben at BC HVAC for years for heating/ air conditioning services and water heater replacement. Extremely dependable, trustworthy and great value. We can always count on fast response time. Highly recommend. We have recommended Ben to friends who were very satisfied.

Benny has been servicing my heating and cooling systems for a while. Heâ s repaired my furnace, installed a new a/c unit, and a new humidifier. Most recently, he installed a new thermostat. His work is thorough and he checks in a couple days later to see if all is still well. Itâ s nice that heâ s local too!

Beware of the owner Benny, very crafty person, comes across a a good person but doesnâ t stand behind his work. I paid over 20K for my two zone full replacement. He put crappy thermostats that he himself said that are not good, promised to replace but never showed up. I think he put the central humidifiers in the wrong place, donâ t work well even at highest setting. He has not been returning my calls or text messages in over a year, I had two years of full labor and 10 years of parts warranty but he is a no show. Extremely disgusted. AVOID

I cannot say enough nice things about Benny. He answers texts promptly, shows up when he says he will and does great work. Did a lovely job on my complete furnace and AC rip out and replace. Already referred my best friend to him!

Benny and his crew are very knowledgeable. We hired them to install bran new AC units for our recently purchased home which was using window units only. Benny guided us thru the whole process explaining how everything was going to work and took care of all the details even going out of the way to please a few changes we came to with last minute. He brought Dave to take care of the duct work which was very nice and courteous also. The work was perfect and delivered on time and on budget and a few minor observations from the town inspection were addressed promptly. We can't wait have nice and cool summer nights at this house! .. thanks a lot Benny!

Benny has been my HVAC and Air Conditioner guy for a few years now. He is very professional and replies and comes right away in any emergency I have had with my Furnace and Air Conditioner. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him. I give him 5 stars in all categories.

Canâ t say enough about Benny and his team. So customer oriented. Responds to you and your calls within minutes. Polite, down to earth and explains everything if you want as he and his crew progresses. Honestly it reminds me of how trades professionals were decades ago. They truly cared about what they do and their customers Presently, our AC was replaced with a new one i And it went south in a few days. One phone call away and Bennyâ s team came out,diagnosed and repaired a major factory defect within a few hours of the phone call. The Technician showed and explained how from the factory the wires were bunched up, routed incorrectly, and not at all connected Properly. He went deep into the unit to locate the problem. They are Hard Working, Honest, Focused and Knowledgeable. My old Unit was 23 years old. Bennyâ s cost was actually less than what I paid back then for the same make, model, more efficient unit. His labor was less also Highly recommend.
