Working with Benny was great. I like to do my investigation before making a purchase like this. Benny was very patient with all my questions, even before he knew I was hiring him. He put in the maker that I wanted, where other companies only wanted to put in their preferred brand. The installation went well with no problems.

Benny & David were extremely professional, on time and always prompt in returning my inquiries. I had a complete replacement of my system and they're work was neat and were in and out in a timely manner. They never complained even when they ran into obstacles,, not to mention that they are genuinely nice guys!

From the time Benny came to give the estimate we had good feelings about him. He answered all our questions and had an estimate ready within an hour. He also immediately responded to my numerous texts. He came to do the job when he said he would. We're so happy we chose this company. His customer service was terrific. Its so hard today to find someone you trust and I think we hit the jackpot.

I have never written a review before but feel morally obligated to let you know what happened when we hired BC HVAC Services of Howell, NJ, so that you are warned about them. We signed a contract with them on April 25th, 2019 to replace our old but still working Rheem 3.5 ton air compressor and air handler with a Lennox 3.5 ton air compressor and air handler giving them a deposit of 50% of the cost. We did this because Benny the owner seemed like a very nice guy, he gave us a good price (We shopped around.), and an amazing 10-year warranty on his labor. They came on June 21st. to install it but left without doing it because, apparently, the air handler would not fit in our attic. That is strike one. They returned to our home on July 8th to install a Trane 3.5 ton air compressor and air handler for the same price, which was a very good thing for them to do for us since Trane units cost more than Lennox units. In 2 separate emails before they came, I asked Benny if the Trane units would be 3.5 ton units. He replied both times that they would be. On July 8th. When he came with the equipment, I asked him if it was for 3.5 tons and he said yes. Thankfully, I was led by God to check if the Trane compressor was 3.5 tons. I noticed the model number of the compressor on the box it came in and went to Trane s internet site and looked it up. It clearly showed that it was a 3 ton compressor. I printed out the page with the information on it and confronted Benny with it who agreed it was correct. I then told him to take everything they had started to unpack and to leave. He apologized and left. That was strike 2. He actually tried to install a 3 ton compressor after assuring me multiple times that it was a 3.5 ton compressor. Two days later, after we had successfully arranged to have another company replace our compressor and air handler, I contacted them that we wanted our deposit back. Benny quickly replied that it was understandable and he would do it. We soon received a check from him for our deposit. We took it to our bank and all seemed well. If things were, I would not be writing this review. We would have let the previous 2 mistakes go by. But when I checked our bank statement for our account with them 4 days later, I got sick to my stomach. I could not believe what I saw. The BC HVAC Services check had been returned to our bank because the account with the bank it had been written from was closed. They had written a worthless check to us. We were very upset and concerned about this. I contacted Benny about this and they did send us a good check. But that was strike 3. And with 3 strikes you are out. I would never use BC HVAC Services again and you have been warned why.

Benny was very professional and helpful. My wife was 9 1/2 months pregnant when our upstairs air conditioner went during a heat wave. Benny came within a day of of speaking to him. We needed to replace our unit and Benny walked us thru the process and what would be best for our home. He was on time and courteous. We will be using Benny for any further AC service we need.

Very happy with BC HVAC Benny came right away same day on Sunday to look at the AC found the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes, checked everything and charge very reasonable. Will definitely call them again

I called because of no AC . He diagnosed the problems and tried a lower cost repair. When that didn't work, he replaced the unit and discounted the cost due to the prior repair. He is very knowledgeable and dependable and an all-around good guy.

This company is absolutely fantastic! I was told last summer I would have to replace my entire AC system which would have cost $4,000. Benny came to look at my system today, fixed the problem and it only cost $148! The system didn t need to be replaced after all. He is super friendly, honest, efficient and a true professional. I feel he did not do a thorough job for the money. He stated both condensers outside were checking out good. Now 6 days the AC unit is still not working properly.

Ben called me right away arrived earlier than he said which was great. He is professional and told us and showed us problems that we were not even aware of. He was also one of the friendliest people I ve met in awhile. I would recommend him without hesitation!!!
