Extremely satisfied with the service from start to finish. Our appointment was made quickly, the service tech arrived on time and worked efficiently and neatly. He explained the issue gave an estimate and repaired the dryer on the spot. I would recommend Alpha Applance Service for repair/ service to anyone. We have had this same repair done before and Alpha was 25% lower in cost than the previous service we used.

Repair tech came out to house, looked ad the fridge and said it could not be fixed then I was charged $80.. Well had another repair guy out, he found the problem, repaired it and charged the system and fridge back to normal, plus gave us 1 year warranty! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALPHA APPLIANCE SERVICE TECH DOES NOT KNOW HIS BUSINESS!
