Came on schedule and repaired refrigerator quickly

Very prompt response. He tried to troubleshoot the problem with me before deciding if he had to send a technician.

I found Alpha Appliance to be very professional and courteous. They called me immediately and continued to call until we talked. I set up an appointment and was given a time frame that same day for a repair person to fix my appliance. The rep. called me back to correct the time frame so I would not be waiting around unnecessarily. The service man came when promised and took care of the problem. Would definitely recommend this company.

I felt this was a very honest company. I needed repairs on a refrigerator/freezer that was leaking into the bottom of the freezer. The tech fixed this problem and replaced a condenser motor that was going bad to avoid another service call. And he fixed my gas dryer without replacing parts. For a $353 I saved the cost of a new gas dryer and refrigerator. I was very pleased. And will use them in the future.

They were very efficient snd fast

The part was not available to fix the dryer, but the tech that came out was able to clean and doctor the broken part to make it work again. It cost a bit more than I would have liked, but saved me at least $500, since I didn't have to buy a new washer/dryer combo.

They had given me a window of time of arrival, and they were very diligent about keeping me informed the day before,and on the actual date, about the actual estimated arrival time for the serviceman to arrive (i.e., on the later side of the time slot) so that I'm not waiting around longer than necessary. Then they called me when they were actually on their way to the house to let me know they will arrive in 15 minutes.

Very courteous and professional. Had the parts on the truck to repair my Samsung gas dryer in one trip. Came on time and called before showing up. Can't ask for more than that.
