They were very professional and proficient. They definitely know what they are doing.

I used the Safelite on-line reservation system to lock in an appointment at the nearby Safelite facility. I got a firm quote on-line and so I knew exactly what I was going to pay when I took the car in for the repair. The Safelite folks were punctual and got the job done as they had promised .. in just about one hour. The rear view mirror, inspection stickers, and toll-tags were all transferred to the new windshield. I was very pleased. This was the third windshield I have had Safelite replace over the past 6 years --- and all of my experiences with Safelite have been very positive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Overall it was fine and I would use them again. I would just clean the windshield myself the next time.

I've used them a number of times to fix chips and cracks as well as replace my windshields. The service tech was great and professional. Came to my house (you can also request the tech to come to your workplace as well). My insurance covered the cost.

I booked online, got the date/time slot that was convenient. Had the mobile service, they came to my driveway. They (Scott and DJ) were friendly, efficient, professional and fast. I am very happy, no complaints at all.

The cusotmer service was excellent and I go an appointment for a tech to come to my house the next day! I was told they would be there between 12 and 5pm, to my surprise the tech called at 11 am and said he would be there in a few minutes. Upon arrival they were very respectful and proffesional. They rmoved the cracked window and replaced it with a new one in a matter of about 20 minutes. They were also nice enough to take a look a my mothers car just to let us know if it needed to be replaced or could be fixed. I would definetly reccomend them and since they do have 24hr service I will have them on speed dial!

My windshield was cracked some time in the winter. I took it to Safelite after the weather warmed up to get a new windshield. They put in the new glass. My car has an electric mirror (compass, dimmer) which still works after they replaced the windshield. No surprises, just good work.

Overall i'm happy. I went on their website, checked competitor sites, too. Safelight was more readily available to meet me at my office in remote NJ. Unfortunately, their costs varying substantially depending on your region and their supply of glass. I waited 1 month before getting my windshield fixed because glass prices increased significantly after a big storm in the Midwest.

Service was OK. Employee needed a garage due to the rain. He was a bit late, but work was done. Would use them again but did not get my discount as Angie's List indicated.

Everything went well with Safelite. They came out quickly and cleaned up the mess left by the thief and installed a new window.

Their website is great because it allows you to make an online reservation. The website will tell you the exact cost as well as the first available day that someone can come to your house to fix your windshield. I had a question about which windshield I needed so I called their number and the person on the phone was able to confirm that I had selected the correct one. The technicians arrived on time and was done replacing the windshield very quickly. He was courteous and did a good job overall, although there were a few very small drops of black adhesive left on the windshield that I had to wipe off. Overall a great experience.

My experience with them was good. The price was okay, and they did what they said they were going to do. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

My windshield had to be replaced multiple times due to inferior glass. Very annoying. I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent the work was done in my driveway with an appointment time of 8 to 12. Greg called in the morning and told me he would be here between 9-11 and he was.

A stone had hit our daughter's car windshield and she went to one of those auto repair places that told her that the windshield would have to be replaced. I suggested to check with a specialized auto glass place for a second opinion. Since she couldn't find one, I gave it a try through Angie's List. I was surprised that even though I'm a member in Florida, I could still access contractors in New Jersey. It worked for our daughter and saved her quite some money.

A few years back I took a stone in my windshield and they replaced it through my insurance company. 2 years later there was a stress crack that appeared along the lower edge of the windshield. As I read their warranty statement it clearly stated that a stress crack was not covered. I called and set up an appointment to get a replacement. When the rep arrived he noted that the crack ran along a heated portion of the glass and would be covered and cost me nothing. Honestly he could have told me it was a stress crack and it was not covered, but he did the honest thing. The tech was very quick and obviously knew what he was doing. The whole job took 45 minutes and he even took time to do some primer work around the windshield frame that he did not have to do. The job would have cost about $350 which was in-line with other competitors and due to his keen eye he did it for free.

Safelight was great. They gave an estimate over the phone, were very accommodating with my schedule and had someone come to my neighborhood to do the repair to the glass. The technician who came was prompt and professional.

Very well. Only hiccup was the wrong mirror was ordered, so I did have to return to the shop to have it installed. They also got my door open after I locked my keys in my truck.

Very well. I was given an appointment and estimate over the phone. Two days later they arrived on time and replaced the window.

You can now schedule service on line, which I did. The first appointment was a week away. A little disappointed by this, but I accepted, because now they offer mobile van service and also because it was for Saturday morning at my home. The window was 8 am - 12. The guy called me prior to coming over about 10 am to say he was on his way and promptly showed up. He advised the crack could be "fixed" but suggested I shouldn't because of the abnormal shape, and also because the "fix" would not remove the mark 100%. I agreed that the windshield should just be replaced as I originally asked for. I signed the permission to work on the car and he began work. He was done in about 90 minutes, and advised me not to wash the car or drive for at least 2 hours. After leaving I had noticed there was some scars on the interior panel from his removing the previous windshield, of which I was disappointed about. Never ran into "quality" issues with Safelite before. Check ALL work carefully before paying.
